Mountain West Stairlifts/Your Elevator Service is currently looking for a self-motivated, top notch experienced individual to help serve our customers as a full-time Customer Service/Clerical Representative/Receptionist. This individual would be responsible for inside support for a group of service technicians and sales people. About Mountain West Stairlifts/Your Elevator Service

A Day in the Life as a Customer Service/Clerical Representative

As a Customer Service/Clerical Representative/Receptionist, you will work out of our home office in Centerville, Utah. This is a full-time 40 hour per week, Monday through Friday position working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and you will be an employee, not a contract worker. You'll be responsible for taking all incoming calls for sales, service and repairs and scheduling, routing and dispatching these calls. You will also be responsible for various office, clerical and administrative skills.

What you Need to be Qualified for this Job 

We are looking for someone who has transferable skills from previous employment, however, we will train you in the unique characteristics of our trade. To be qualified for this job, previous experience with Quick Books is required. Your ability to provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company policy and procedures will ensure customer satisfaction. Your team player attitude will come in handy as you provide documentation as needed to various departments. We work from a retail space which requires business casual dress. Your conservative dress and grooming standards are appreciated as that is enforced in our company. We are a non-smoking environment.
